Refunds

We want you to have time to make sure Upperband works for your listening setup.

14-day refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Reply to your Stripe receipt with the email address used for the purchase and your receipt or invoice number. Requests are reviewed promptly and remain subject to applicable consumer law.

Payment processing

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or refund rights that apply where you live.
